Born in St. Louis Missouri, Karen was raised rooted in God’s word. She soon realized that God planned a journey outside of Missouri for her. This plan was going to lead her deeper into his presence and give her a life filled with serving others and being obedient.

Upon graduation from high school, Karen set out on her own to Texas to pursue studies in Business Economics. As life would have it, Karen had to relocate to California as a family death beckoned for her to help. She put her personal needs aside, and was obedient to help. Karen continued her studies in California, and was ready for whatever God had in store for this new journey.

Presently a Senior Manager with Southwest Gas Corporation, Karen oversees several key departments within the company. She excels in the gifts provided by God, and is relied on heavily for her keen insight, ability to effectively problem solve, and gift to promote team harmony to achieve a common goal. Karen uses her awesome organizational and people skills given to her by God endlessly.

With a strong sense of integrity, she has a passion for the people. It is this passion that has allowed Karen to help others, lead ministries, mentor the youth, and volunteer in the community. Besides being such a loving and talented Women of God, Karen is driven to motivate others, and to make God’s Church as great as God would have it to be.

Diligent and faithful within her Church assignments; such as, being on the praise team, prayer ministry, Women’s fellowship, and Board Member just to name a few, shows her commitment in doing God’s will. A model of faithfulness, you can count on.

On November 25, 1989 Pastor Ron and Karen were married. They are the proud parents of three children; Ronald II, Kindra, and Grant. Karen not only works within the Church and her Career, but she is also the chief engineer, organizer, treasurer, and planner, (to name a few jobs) for the Stanfield home.

Pastor Ron knows what Proverbs 18:22 means when the scripture explains: “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord.” God is so very good.
